  • Do you offer a warranty?
    Of course! We back our products 100% and offer a 12 month warranty on materials & workmanship on our Neon Signs. Please refer to our T's & C's for further details.
  • Do you deliver outside NZ?
    We sure do. Contact us for our standard & express rates.
  • How long will my neon sign last?
    Typical life span is approximately 15 years. After this time, the transformer that powers the sign may need to be replaced and if so, it's super easy & cheap to do. In terms of how much shine is in them, well lets just say if you leave your neon on 24/7, it will shine bright for approx 5 years! Our neons are manufactured using high quality materials, including 4mm casting PMMA board (as opposed to extrusion PMMA), silicon material instead of PVC (which can discolour & become yellow after 3-6 months), plus we use a high quality odourless bonding agent.
  • Are they easy to hang?
    Heck yes! When you order your Neon, just let us know whether you would like it fixed to a wall or suspended and we will supply you with the correct mounting components. Just make sure the sign is positioned in a space that is not subject to water and/or humidity
  • Is there a minimum size that my custom neon needs to be?
    We prefer to have a minimum height of at least 10cm as letters have more definition over this size. However, it is possible to make letters smaller than this if you really really want.
  • How long does it take from ordering to receiving?
    For custom neons, it is typically 2-3 weeks from when you confirm your order. However, we do have an express service where we can have your neon to you within a few days. Please contact us for further details.
  • Will my neon sign use much power?
    The beauty of LED Neon signs (as opposed to traditional neon bulbs) is that they consume up to 90% less power, making them super affordable. They run from a standard 12V plug, using minimal energy consumption. They are also extremely robust, cool to touch, quiet & odourless.
  • How long is the cord?
    Our cords are 2m long (clear), as well as an additional 3m long (black).
  • Do you have a range of colour options?
    Ohhh yes we do! You can also choose what colour you would like your neon sign to be when it is turned on (illuminated) and off. We also have a multi-colour option! Contact us and we can provide you with options.
  • Are your neon signs dimable?
    Yes! you can order one of our remotes so you can adjust the level of brightness and settings to your personal preference.
  • Do you have a wholesale option?

  • Do you have a returns policy?
    We accept returns and offer a full refund of unopened stock in their original condition within 7 days of purchase. However, we do not offer returns or refunds on custom orders.
