PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Introduction

1. These are the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") that apply to your access to, and use of, Neon Light Lab’s payment Plan ("Payment Plan") developed and owned by Neon Light Lab ("we", "us" and "our" and includes our officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assignees). Accordingly, please read these terms and conditions carefully.

2. Where we refer to "you" or "your" in these Terms and Conditions, we mean any individual using the Payment Plan.

3. By accessing and using the Payment Plan, you acknowledge you have read, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

4. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, for any reason at any time. Any amendments we make, do not change the Terms and Conditions of a purchase made using the Payment Plan and the payment of the Purchase Price that applied at the time of the purchase. You are responsible for checking, and ensuring you are familiar with, the latest Terms and Conditions applicable at the date of purchase. 

Purchasing goods

1. The Payment Plan permits you to purchase LED neon signs made available by us and you unconditionally, and irrevocably, agree to pay to us the full purchase price within 10 weeks.

Fees and payment

1. You agree to pay us the full purchase price within 10 weeks. We do not require specific instalment payments over these 10 weeks. We allow our clients flexibility to pay as little or as much as they would like, when they like, as long as full payment has been made within 10 weeks.

2. You will not be charged any interest on the amount you are required to pay to us.

3. You can pay all of the purchase price to us in advance of the due date (10 weeks) without penalty. 

4. We will not begin manufacturing your neon sign until 100% of payment has been made.

5. No refunds will be given for any payments made if you decide to not continue with your purchase. 

You represent and warrant that:

1. you are 18 years of age or older.

2. the information you provide to us for the first time, and any subsequent information you provide to us, will be true, complete, and accurate in all respects; and

3. if any of your circumstances change resulting in any information you have previously provided to us no longer being true, complete, and accurate in all respects you will immediately notify us by email at hello@neonlightlab.co.nz

Limitation of liability and indemnity

1. You have statutory protections under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair-Trading Act 1986 (including statutory guarantees relating to title, delivery, quality and fitness for particular purpose of products, and that services will be provided with reasonable skill and care and be reasonably fit for a particular purpose) and these rights cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms and Conditions.
